摘　　要：目前,流动儿童的基础免疫接种率较低,流动儿童的计划免疫管理已成为我国计划免疫工作的重点。分析我国流动儿童的现状及儿童流动的原因和特点,发现影响流动儿童预防接种工作的因素并采取相应的对策。At present,routine immunization coverage of the floating children was low and the planned immunization program management of the floating children become the key of the natioanal planned immunization program.By analysis of the current situation,cause and characteristics of floating children,to found out that the factors inflencing immunity vaccination of floating children and the following countermeasures could be adopted.
