摘　　要：建立了市际区域科技竞争力评价体系,阐述了信息熵的概念,详细介绍了信息熵法确定权重的步骤。利用信息熵法确定了山东省17地市科技竞争力各评价指标的权重。利用基于离差最大化的综合决策方法对这些评价指标进行了集结,从而确定了山东省17地市的科技竞争力的综合排序。This essay establishes the evaluation system of inter-city regional scientific competitive power,sets forth the concept of information entropy,introduces the procedures for confirming the weight by information entropy method in details and determines the weight of scientific competitive power evaluating indicators of 17 prefecture-level cities of Shandong Province by information entropy method.By utilizing the integrated decision method based on dispersion maximization,these evaluating indicators have been collected and the overall sequence of scientific competitive power of 17 prefecture-level cities of Shandong Province has been determined.
