摘　　要：当前就业市场的波动导致人才在岗位、企业、行业之间流动性不断增大,高职教育不但要培养学生具有熟练的职业技能,而且要具有适应职业变化的能力。Currently, the fluctuation in employment market enlarges the mobility of talents among posts, enterprises and trades. Higher vocational education shall cultivate the students with not only pro cient vocational skills, but also the ability of adapting to vocational changes.
