摘　　要：本文旨在透视若干影响中国改革发展的国际经济转轨理论及其产生背景,说明当前进一步明确中国社会主义市场经济改革目标和走向的意义所在。全文第一部分是关于过渡经济基本理论的讨论,主要介绍国外经济学家的一些代表性观点;第二部分是关于中国改革基本性质的讨论,通过对改革模式的比较分析,讨论中国改革的基本性质和任务;第三部分通过介绍最近一本重要的转轨经济学研究的理论著作,联系中国改革的实际,讨论中国经济改革的走向。This paper focuses on the affection of the international economic transition theory to the practice of economy reform of China and argued that to insist on the target of the socialism market reform in China is very important now.The author first introduced the main transition theory of Prof.Kornai and Sachs,then discusses the basic characteristics of China's reform,finally analyzes the alignment of reform of China through discussing a new book on the economic models of transition by Ph.D.Monrgs.
