摘　　要：传统体育教学方法单一,以教师为主体,学生在学习中没有自我学习策略,学习效果和学习效率很低。而新课程标准倡导以学生为主体,让学生在学习中拥有更大的自主学习空间。探讨如何在体育教学中使学生掌握有效的学习策略。The monotonous traditional methods always took teachers as the main body and the students could not the think about the study tactics in the learning process. And the new curriculum regard the students as the main body during study and encourage the students to learn the course actively. So it is important to disuse how to make students master the study tactics in PE teaching.
