摘 要:以实际排放的大豆乳清废水作为研究体系,在研究乙醇浓度、体积、水浴温度和超声时间对检测大豆异黄酮浓度的影响基础上,提出将超声波与高温水浴结合的方法以消除蛋白质对检测造成的干扰.采用响应面分析方法,确定了最佳的检测条件为水浴温度85℃、超声功率200 W和超声时间30 min,测得此大豆乳清废水中大豆异黄酮的浓度为0.367 g/L,与高效液相色谱测得的结果 0.380 g/L相比,相对误差仅为3.4%.该方法具有仪器简单和快速检测的优点,可用于工业生产中测定废水体系中大豆异黄酮的浓度.In order to eliminate the interference caused by the proteins for measuring soy isoflavone concentration, a method of ultrasound wave coupling with high-temperature bath was developed using the direct discharged soy whey wastewater as actual system on the basis of the studies of the effects of ethanol concentration, volume, bath temperature and ultrasound time on the soy isoflavone concentration. Response surface methodology was used to determine the optimal measure conditions: bath temperature 85 ℃, ultrasonic power 200 W and ultrasound time 30 min. The soy isoflavone concentration in the wastewater was 0.367 g/L and the relative error was only 3.4% compared with the result of 0.380 g/L measured by high performance liquid chromatography. The method has the advantages of simple instrument and fast measurement and thus, it can be used in industrial production to measure the soy isoflavone concentration of the wastewaters.
