胃癌中HER-2和HER-3的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)和人类表皮生长因子受体3(HER-3)在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测161例胃癌组织、20例胃正常组织中HER-2、HER-3的表达。结果 HER-2、HER-3在胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为10.6%和55.9%,均高于正常胃组织(P<0.01或P<0.05)。HER-3在胃癌组织中的表达程度与胃癌的侵犯深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、神经脉管的侵犯及预后有关(P均<0.05);HER-2在胃癌中的表达与肿瘤的Lauren's分型有关(P<0.05)。结论 HER-3的表达对胃癌恶性生物学行为的评估及预后判断具有重要的指导意义。Objective To investigate the expressions of HER-2 and HER-3 proteins in human gastric tissues and its correlation with clinical pathological factors. Methods The expressions of HER-2 and HER-3 proteins in 161cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry method,and the association between the expression and the clinicopathological parameter of gastric carcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive results of HER-2 in gastric carcinoma and normal tissues were 10. 6% and 0 of the total,respectively( P < 0. 01). The positive results of HER-3 in gastric carcinoma and normal tissues were 55. 9% and 5. 00%,respectively( P < 0. 05). High expression of HER-3 was associated with tumor invasion depth,lymph node metastasis,stage,the invasion of nerve and vessel and worse survival( P < 0. 05); The expressions of HER-2 was associated with intestinal-type gastric cancer( P < 0. 05). Conclusions HER-3 may be used to assess the malignant biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
