牙周病伴牙列缺损套筒冠义齿修复的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选择牙周病伴牙列缺损患者15例,应用套筒冠可摘义齿进行修复,共制作套筒冠义齿20件,牙周病基牙108颗。观察时间为1~3年,对患者治疗后的主观感觉、功能改善、牙周情况进行分析。结果患者均表示对义齿的外观和舒适度满意,咀嚼功能改善明显。随着时间的推移,牙周袋深度和松动度逐渐变小,松动牙呈逐渐稳固趋势。结论套筒冠义齿用于牙周病的修复治疗具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of telescopic denture in the treatment for periodontal disease complicated with defect of dentition. Methods Fifteen patients with periodontal disease complicated with defect of dentition were treated and 20 telescopic dentures were made,including 108 basements. The observation period ranged from 1 to 3 years. The information about patients' feelings and function and periodontal status of abutments were analyzed. Results All patients were satisfied with esthetics and comfortableness and the function of mastication was significantly improved. The teeth mobility and the average depth of periodontal pocket decreased as time passed; the loose teeth became more and more stable. Conclusions The telescopic denture is fairly effective in the prosthodontic treatment for periodontal diseases.
