浅谈儿科研究生人文素质的培养

摘　　要：儿科研究生的培养是培养儿科学人才的重要途径,其培养水平关系到未来儿科医师队伍的整体水平和医疗质量。合格的儿科研究生除了具备扎实全面的专业知识技能以及科研能力,还应该具备高尚的医德医风、良好的心理素质和沟通能力等人文素质。通过分析目前医学研究生人文素质培养中存在的问题和不足,探讨改进儿科研究生人文素质培养的相应措施,以求进一步提高儿科研究生的培养水平,为培养综合型儿科学人才提供参考。The cultivation of pediatric graduate student is an important way to cultivate pediatric talents.The level of this cultivation is closely related to the overall level and medical quality of future pediatricians team.A qualified pediatric graduate student should have a high level of humanistic quality in addition to the solid and comprehensive professional knowledge as well as skills and scientific research ability.By analyzing the problems arising in the cultivation of humanities quality in medical graduate student,some corresponding solutions are proposed in order to further improve the cultivation of humanities quality in pediatric graduate student,and some references are provided to the cultivation of comprehensive pediatric talents.
