摘　　要：为进一步探索和完善我校高素质人才培养实践教学体系,提高人才培养质量,结合我校在实施实践教学体系建设中的实际情况,分析了目前我校在人才培养方面取得成绩和不足,提出改革和发展的对策。In order to further explore and improve training practice teaching system of high-quality talent,improve the quality of personnel training f our university.With the implementation of practice teaching system of the actual situation,analysis achievements and deficiencies in personnel training at present,to propose countermeasures in reform and development.
