摘　　要：为解决喷油杆合格率低的问题,借助ANSYS仿真软件,构建了3种流体模型,分析了造成射流发散的机理和主要因素,并通过流量试验进行了验证。根据试验结果优化了喷嘴结构,提高了产品合格率。In order to solve the problems of the spray rod percent of pass low, with the help of ANSYS simulation software, constructed three kinds of fluid model, analyzes the mechanism of the jet divergence and the main factors, and is verified by flow test. According to the test results to optimize the structure of nozzle, improve the product percent of pass.
