社区卫生健康服务中心短信平台的开发与应用

摘　　要：目的探讨社区卫生健康服务中心短信平台在社区卫生服务中的应用效果。方法利用移动电话短信和互联网技术的结合,并融合结构化的程序设计方法研制了社区卫生健康服务中心短信平台。选取深圳市宝安区某社区患者400例并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。观察组纳入社区卫生健康服务中心短信平台管理,对照组常规管理,比较两组患者满意度、患者投诉率、不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者满意度、患者投诉率、不良事件发生率分别为96.52%、4%、2%;对照组患者满意度、患者投诉率、不良事件发生率分别为74.85%、15%、8%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建设社区卫生健康服务中心短信平台能够大大简化社区卫生健康服务工作,有效提高患者满意度,值得继续研究和推广。Objective To explore the SMS platform of community health service center applied in community health service. Methods Using mobile phone SMS messages and Internet technology,and combining with the SMS platform of community health service center based on structured programming,400 patients of Shenzhen Bao'an District Community were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group( n = 200). The observation group was in incorporated into the SMS platform of community health service center. The control group was in normal management. Patients' satisfaction,complaints,disputes,adverse events,complaints and disputes of two groups were compared. Results Satisfaction,complaint rate and complaints rate of the observation group of were 96. 52%,4% and2%; Satisfaction,complaint rate and complaints rate of the control group were 74. 85%,15% and 8%; Research of two groups were in statistically significant differences(P <0. 05). Conclusion Construction of the SMS platform of community health service center can greatly simplify the club all kinds of service object satisfaction investigation,and solve the problem of complicated such as all kinds of notice and health promotion,to effectively improve patient satisfaction. It is worth of further study and promotion.
