摘　　要：目的了解临床护理人员对职业防护的知晓情况。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对510名临床一线护理人员进行问卷调查。结果高护龄、高学历及重点科室的护理人员职业防护知识评分优于低年资、低学历和内、外科人员;职业暴露与防护、手卫生及医疗废物管理知识知晓率不尽如人意。结论需加强临床一线护理人员的职业防护知识培训,提高护士的职业防护水平,降低职业暴露的发生。Objective To know clinical nurses' cognition of occupational protection. Methods Through self- designed questionnaire,a questionnaire survey of 510 clinical front- line nurses was conducted. Results The high care age,highly educated and key departments nurses' occupational protection knowledge scores are better than low seniority,low educational,medicine and surgery staff; occupational exposure and protection,hand hygiene and medical waste management knowledge awareness are unsatisfied. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the clinical the occupational protection knowledge,enhance nurses' occupational protection level,and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure.
