Relationship between Psychological Capital and Professional Commitment of College Students

摘  要:采用积极心理资本问卷和大学生专业承诺量表,运用分层随机抽样法对河南某学院350名大学生进行测查,旨在了解大学生心理资本与专业承诺的总体状况,探索大学生心理资本与专业承诺的关系。研究发现:①大学生心理资本总均分及各维度均分都处于较高的水平,而专业承诺总体水平有待提升;②情感承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺及总承诺在是否获得奖学金变量上存在显著性差异;情感承诺和理想承诺在年级上具有显著性差异;情感承诺、理想承诺、继续承诺和总承诺在专业变量上达到了显著性差异;③心理资本及其各维度与专业承诺及其各维度存在显著正相关。总之,多元回归分析显示,心理资本中的自我效能、希望与乐观是专业承诺的有效预测变量。The objective of this study is to explore the general status of Psychological Capita and Professional Commitment of college students and to search the relationship between them. By way of positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ) and students' professional commitment scale that were administered to350 students from each major in Henan Institute of Science and Technology randomly,it was found that students 'psychological capital is abundant,but the overall level of professional commitment should be upgraded.By analyzing such factoers as difference on gender,place of origin,the only-child or not,whether served as student leaders,scholarship, grade and specialty,demographic variables on professional commitment in the difference analysis,it found that the psychological capital and its dimensions and professional commitment and its dimensions have significant positive correlation. It therefor concluded that psychological capital and professional commitment are closely linked. Psychological capital of self-efficacy,hope and optimism is effective prediction variables on total commitment,and that can effectively predict the level of college students' professional commitment.
