摘  要:就业乃民生之本,和谐之基。大学生就业作为全社会就业的重要组成部分,是我国就业问题中带有战略性的核心问题。文章基于问卷调查的数据,对大学毕业生就业满意度与其影响因素的相关性进行了实证分析。研究结果显示,参加社会实践活动对提高大学生就业满意度有显著影响,专业成绩、学生工作和求职前期准备同样会对就业满意度产生影响,从而为指导学校和大学生本人提高就业满意度提供方法和建议。Employment is the basis of people's livelihood and the foundation of a harmonious society. As an important componant part of social employment, employment of college graduates is the key and strategical issue. Based on the survey data, this paper has given a correlation analysis on employment satisfaction and related factors. The results showed that social practice activities had significant impact on employment satisfaction. Moreover, professional records, association activities and job preparation also influenced the employment satisfaction. As a result, some advice is provided for students and colleges as well to improve the employment satisfaction.
