摘　　要：莽草酸是一种重要的天然有机酸,为抗禽流感药物奥司它韦合成的主要原料。具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗艾滋病和抗血栓形成等作用。现归纳国内外学者对莽草酸含量测定的研究成果,希冀为莽草酸的开发利用和深入研究提供参考。The shikimic acid is a kind of important organic acid and the main synthesis raw material of anti-influenza drug oseltamivir. Its major pharmacological activities include antitumor, antibacterial,anti-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and anti-anthrombosis etc. Through referring and collecting the data reported in literatures on main the content determination method for Shikimic acid, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research current status of the content determination method for Shikimic acid to provide the reference on comprehensive development and utilization of Shikimic acid.
