摘　　要：目的 探讨CFTR在小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义.方法 取吉林省肿瘤医院的手术标本15例,患者均为男性,术前均未进行过放射治疗和化学治疗,年龄为30～60岁.所取标本入10%甲醛固定,常规石蜡包埋和切片,切片厚度为5 μm,进行HE染色和CFTR免疫组织化学染色.结果 癌细胞排列成条索状,大部分癌细胞不表达CFTR,少部分癌细胞表达CFTR,且这些癌细胞体积相对癌巢周边的癌细胞体积大.具有细胞分裂相的癌细胞不表达CFTR.结论 CFTR的表达可能参与小细胞肺癌细胞的生长和分化.Objective To study the expression and its significance of CFTR in small cell lung cancer. Methods 15 operating specimen were gained from Cancer Hospital of Jilin Province,and all patients were male who had not been cured with radiation therapy and chemotherapy before operation,and who were at the age of 30 ~ 60 years. The speci- men was put into 10% formalin and paraffin embed and cut section into 5 μm. The section was stained with HE and immunohistochemistry of CFTR. Results The cancer cell arranged as cords,and CFTR didn't express in most small cell lung cancers,but in the few cancer cells which volumes were larger than those around cancer nest. The cancer cells with cellular fission didn't express the CFTR. Conclusion The expression of CFTR might involved in growing and differentiation of small cell lung cancer.
