摘  要:健美操集舞蹈、体操、音乐于一体,变化多样,节奏感强,不仅能够增进健康,还能陶冶情操,培养出良好的情绪魅力以吸引大众,而且内容丰富,不受场地限制,简单易学,非常符合高校学生的心理特点,因此很受高校学生的欢迎。不过,从实际情况看,当前高校健美操的教学质量徘徊不前,与学生的高标准存在很大差距。本文就当前高校健美操的教学现状进行分析,提出相应的改善措施,以求最大程度提升健美操的教学质量。Aerobics put dance, gymnastics, music into a union, variety changes, strong sense of rhythm, not only can promote health, but also edify sentiment, cultivate a good mood charm to attract the masses, also rich in content, not subject to site constraints, easy to learn, in line with the psychological characteristics of high school students, so popular in colleges and universities students. However, from the actual situation, the teaching quality of college aerobics is not before, there is a big gap with the high standard and students. This paper analyzes the current situation of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities, put forward the corresponding improvement measures, in order to maximize the quality of teaching aerobics.
