慢性脑供血不足患者血清CBS、H_2S水平变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胱硫醚-β合酶(cystathionine beta-synthase,CBS)和硫化氢(H2S)在慢性脑供血不足(chron-ic cerebral circulation insufficiency,CCCI)发病机制中的作用及与CCCI高危因素的关系。方法:采用ELISA试剂盒和分光光度法分别检测98例CCCI患者和108名健康体检者的血清CBS、H2S含量,并按年龄、性别及合并症对两组含量测定结果进行分层比较,分析CCCI高危因素与血清CBS、H2S水平的关系。结果:⑴CCCI患者血清CBS、H2S水平均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);⑵4个年龄段CCCI患者血清CBS、H2S水平均明显低于同年龄段健康对照组(P均<0.01);⑶CCCI患者中,大于60岁、男性及合并高血压和/或糖尿病亚组的血清CBS、H2S水平分别明显低于55岁以下、女性及无合并症亚组(P均<0.01)。结论:血清CBS、H2S可能参与CCCI的发病过程,且其水平可能与CCCI高危因素相关。Objective To investigate the role of CBS and H2S in the pathogenesis of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI),and to explore the relationship between serum levels of CBS,H2S and risk factors of CCCI.Methods The serum levels of CBS and H2S in 98 patients with CCCI and 108 healthy controls were detected by ELISA kits and spectrophotometry,respectively.Then the detective results of two groups were divided into subgroups based on the age,gender and complications,so as to analyze the relationship between the serum levels of CBS,H2S and the risk factors of CCCI.Results ⑴The serum levels of CBS and H2S in patients with CCCI were obviously lower than those of healthy control group(both P < 0.01);⑵The CBS and H2S levels of CCCI patients in four subgroups were obviously lower than those of healthy controls in corresponding subgroups(both P < 0.01);⑶In CCCI patients,the CBS and H2S levels in patients over 60 years old,male and complicated hypertension and / or diabetes mellitus subgroups were obviously lower than those of below 55 years old,female and non-complication subgroups(all P < 0.01).Conclusion CBS and H2S may be involved in the pathogenesis of CCCI,and which may be related to risk factors of CCCI,such as age,gender,hypertension and diabetes.
