摘　　要：基于界面上电磁场量的切向分量、法向分量与界面法向单位矢(^n)的三矢共面和界面上矩形回路的选取,对电磁场边值关系进行了分析和讨论。The relation of side values of electromagnetic field is one of the important content of macroscopical electromagnetic field. This paper points out the ambiguous places on the concept and the logic in general text books through the analysis and discussion of the relations of side values of electromagnetic field.
