浅论西藏大学基层团委的工作重心

摘　　要：学校的基层团委肩负着青年学生思想教育引导、素质深化拓展、校园文化建设、团的组织建设、学生成才服务和权益维护等工作。在当前社会办学环境和青年学生群体特点显著变化的形势下,如何找准工作切入点,并以此为基点,理清工作思路、构建工作载体、形成工作体系,是有效履行团的基本职能,扎实推进共青团工作所需要思考的重要问题。文章结合西藏大学基层团委工作实际,对大学生就业和素质拓展工作在团工作中的地位进行阐述,以求找准工作切入点,优化工作效率。School Youth League Committee are responsible for the ideological education in young students,the development of their quality,the building of school culture,the organizational construction of Youth League,career services for students and the protection of students' legitimate rights and so on.The school environment and the group characteristics of young students are changing.It requires Youth League Committee to know the focus of its work,to define its approaches,and to form its system so as to perform its functions more effectively.This article introduces the work of Youth League Committee of Tibet University on student's employment and the development of students' quality.
