加强西藏高校基层团组织建设的对策研究

摘　　要：文章针对当前西藏高校的基层团组织面临的凝聚力不够强、学习氛围不够浓厚、服务意识不够强、活动方式不够灵活等问题,认为西藏高校基层团组织应该努力创建凝聚型组织、学习型组织、服务型组织和创新型组织,其中凝聚是基础、学习是动力、服务是根本、创新是灵魂,它们相互补充,相互促进,共同组成高校基层团组织建设的四个重要方面。The Youth League organizations of Tibet's colleges and universities are confronted with the problems of lacking of cohesion,learning atmosphere and service awareness,and their activities being monotonous.Therefore,the organizations should be built to be cohesive,learning-orientated,service-orientated and innovative ones,as cohesion is the foundation,learning the driving force,service the goal,innovation the soul.The four elements supplement and promote each other,and form a college's Youth League organization.
