兴边富民行动与西藏边疆民族地区的经济社会发展

摘　　要：兴边富民行动是我国政府从2000年开始实施的促进边疆民族地区经济社会快速发展的措施。自实施兴边富民行动以来,在各级政府的大力扶持和全国人民的无私援助下,西藏边疆民族地区经济快速发展、社会和谐稳定,呈现出安定团结、欣欣向荣的发展局面,兴边富民行动成效显著。文章根据多次在西藏的实地调查资料,梳理了西藏边疆民族地区近年来的发展变化。In 2000 Chinese government put 'Program to Revitalize Border Areas and Enrich Residents' Lives' in to practice aiming to accelerate the economic and social development of the border and minority areas.With the support of governments at all levels and the aid of the people across the country,the economy of the border areas of Tibet develops rapidly,and the society there becomes harmonious and stable.It proves that the program has achieved remarkable successes.Based on the field work done in Tibet,the article sums up the development and changes of the broader areas in recent years.
