基于经济学分析的绿色产品供需中的政府责任研究

摘　　要：绿色产品供需状况对于实现低碳经济和经济的可持续发展具有重要的影响。本文首先构建绿色产品供需影响因素概念模型,指出政府在推动绿色产品供需过程中应该起到的作用。然后采用经济学模型及博弈论理论,建立绿色产品供给激励模型及需求激励模型,并分析在激励效应作用下对企业和普通消费者的影响。最后提出政府推动绿色产品供需发展的对策建议。Supply and demand of green products have important impacts on achieving low carbon economy and sustainable economic development.We first address that governments should play a role in the process of supply and demand by developing an impact factors' conceptual model.Then,we develop a motivation model for green products' supply and demand based economic models and game theory.We further analyze the motivation effect on green products' supply of enterprises and green products' demand of consumers.Finally,we provide suggestions for government to develop green products' supply and demand.
