摘　　要：中国知识密集型行业中创业者面临制度不确定性、市场风险和技术风险。本文认为中国制度环境的高度动态和不确定性影响了企业核心能力的形成,同时,通过对杭州地区三家软件企业的案例分析,探讨了这些不确定性和风险形成的机理。In addition to market and technical risks that entrepreneurs in Chiness emerging knowledge-intensive industries have to manage,the nature of risks of institutional uncertainty is identified.Chinese institutions are highly dynamic and uncertain,which affects the formation of core competitive capability by posing additional risks of incomplete and unpredictable institutions.These issues are explored through three case studies in Hangzhou emerging software industry.
