摘　　要：我国大量的中小民营企业在发展过程中选择了国际化作为其成长的途径,正处于国际化的初级阶段。同时,频繁发生的贸易摩擦构成了我国中小民营企业国际化发展的一个重要挑战。本文首先对我国中小民营企业所处的国际化发展阶段进行了定位,分析了影响我国中小民营企业国际化进程的全球贸易摩擦的现状与发展趋势,进而对我中小国民营企业如何应对国际贸易摩擦进行探讨。Many Chinese small and medium - sized private enterprises take internationalization as a choice for their development, and now they are in the junior stage of internationalization.At the same time,frequent trade frictions have already become a major challenge for small and medium-sized private enterprise internationalization.The positioning of Chinese small and mediumsized private enterprises in the internationalization stage is discussed.Then the situation and trends of global trade frictions are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on Chinese small and medium - sized private enterprises dealing with trade frictions are given.
