摘　　要：社会资本是创业企业的重要资源,是促进新创企业的生存与成长的重要因素,有效开发和利用社会资本,必须理解创业社会资本的具体内涵及其构成要素。本研究采用半结构化访谈方法,对21家企业的创业者进行现场访谈,并对访谈内容进行了内容分析,结论表明由网络结构、信任关系、认知共享、资源支持构成的创业社会资本构思模型具有较好的信度与效度。本研究为创业领域的相关研究提供了理论基础。Social capital is the important resource for entrepreneurial enterprise;and it has great influence on the growth and survival of start-up firms.In order to effectively develop and fully use of the social capital,it needs to understand what the specific dimensions of entrepreneurial social capital are.The semi - structured interviews with 21 entrepreneurs are conducted.Based on the first hand information,four key dimensions of entrepreneurial social capital,such as network structure,trust relationship, shared cognitive,and resource support are abstracted by coding technique of content analysis.The study offers the theoretical bases for further research in this field.
