创新型企业的要素特征分析和评价指标设计

摘　　要：当前,我国创新型企业的建设和发展还处在初创期,国内学者对创新型企业的评价分析进行系统研究的不多。本文首先借鉴国内学者关于创新型企业的研究成果,归纳提炼出创新型企业必备的要素特征。其次依据客观性、可持续性和易操作性原则,结合创新型企业的要素特征,从创新型试点企业的认定评价和创新型企业成长绩效评价两个角度,构建了创新型企业的评价指标体系。最后对评价实施中的相关问题提出了对策建议。At present,the building and development of Chinese innovation - corporation is still in the embryonic stage,few people pay much attention to holistically research the evaluation system of innovation - oriented enterprise.Firstly this article summarized the essential characteristics of innovative enterprise based on scientifically utilizing the research of innovative enterprise results. Secondly constructed on objectivity,operational flexibility and sustainability principles and combined the elements of innovative enterprise,this paper devised an evaluation system for innovative enterprise from the affirmable evaluation of experimentally innovative enterprise and the performance evaluation of innovative enterprise.Finally this paper gave some suggestions and countermeasures to implement the evaluation system.
