教育财政投入现状对民族教育自治的影响

摘　　要：财政自治与教育财政自治同属于我国民族自治地方依法享有的民族自治权利。由于我国多年来教育财政投入的不足,致使民族自治地方的教育自治权难以得到根本保障。我国缺少完备、规范的财政立法体系和规范的民族教育财政自治立法。应通过立法切实保障民族自治地方的教育财政自治权利,改善民族自治地方的民族教育现状。Financial autonomy and educational financial autonomy both enjoy the ethnic autonomic right by the law in the ethnic regions of the country.The right of educational autonomy in ethnic minority regions could hardly be guaranteed due to the lack of educational financial defray in resent years.There is a lack of complete and normal financial law and a lack of normal ethnic educational financial autonomy legislation.The ethnic educational financial autonomy and the improvement of present situation of ethnic education in ethnic autonomy regions should be guaranteed by the making of law.
