摘　　要：水是特殊商品 ,水的合理定价涉及较多的学科门类 ,涉及社会的方方面面 ,是理论界长期探讨的难题。水价事关国民经济发展和水资源可持续利用 。Water is a particular goods.Because the study of water price is not only concerned with mary subjects,but also concerned with every aspect of society and so the determination of reasonable price of water is a difficult question in theory.Based on the hydraulic property,the national economy development and the sustainable development of water resource,the action of water price is mainly discussed in this paper.We hope the discussion of this paper will give a help for the adjustment and formulation of water price.
