摘　　要：信息是决策与管理的基础,信息技术的应用是提高决策水平与管理效率的重要途径,如今校园网已越来越普及,将潜在的信息技术优势转变为现实的有利条件,发挥信息技术在教育方面的作用,将有利于教学管理效率的提高。本文还给出了实现动态消息发布的具体思路。Information is the basis of decision and management. The application of information technology is an important way to raise decision level and management efficiency. Nowadays, campus network becomes more and more popular. Translation of potential information technology advantage into real helpful condition and letting the information technology function in education can help to raise the efficiency of education management. This paper points out the practical ideas to realize dynamic information publicity.
