摘　　要：教学管理是管理者通过一定的管理手段,使教学活动达到学校既定的人才培养目标的过程。高等学校的根本任务是培养人才,这就决定了教学管理在学校的管理工作中占有重要地位。教员是学校的主体,教员创新与教学管理手段创新刻不容缓,势在必行。Teaching administration is the process that an administrator makes teaching activities achieve the established training goal for talent,by means of some specific methods.The ultimate task of higher education is to educate students to become talents,which determines that teaching administration occupies an important place in the administrative work of school.Teacher is the main body of school,so it is imperative to carry out the innovation of teacher in the teaching and administrative methods.
