摘  要:以承德市旧城区为例,在旧城区交通现状调研和数据分析的基础上,明确了交通功能和需求集中,区域交通组织不合理,配套交通设施不完善,停车供给不足,交通秩序混乱等中小城市旧城区面临的共性问题。研究在旧城区道路空间和交通设施受限的条件下,从区域交通组织优化、重点路口节点改造和重点路段的交通优化改造3个方面阐述了中小城市旧城区交通优化设计的主要方法和解决方案,从仿真评价结果来看,具有较好的优化改造效果。Based on field investigation and data analysis,this study identifies the concentrated traffic functions and demands due to unreasonable regional traffic management,which are the general cause of traffic problems,inadequate traffic facilities or parking lot,and the disorder of traffic system in the old downtown areas of many small and mediumsized cities.Focusing on the City of Chengde,the paper describes the main methods and programs for downtown area traffic engineering optimization design,where the road space and traffic facilities are limited,from the following three perspectives:regional traffic organization optimization,modification of key intersections,and reconstruction of major road segments.The optimization results show a better effect by simulation in the evaluation.The study establishes an optimization design methodology and provides possible countermeasures for upgrading the transport systems of old downtown area.
