摘　　要：目的:探讨唇裂修复术后鼻畸形的有效整形方法。方法:2002～2012年,我们对90例唇裂修复术后鼻畸形患者采用综合方式手术修复。结果:手术瘢痕不明显,术后鼻外形整复良好,效果满意。结论:采用综合方式手术治疗唇裂术后鼻畸形的患者,复位移位的鼻解剖结构,能获得满意效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate effective shaping method of nasal deformities of cleft lip repair.Methods From 2002 to 2012, 90 cases of cleft lip was treated with nasal deformity. Results The operation scar is not obvious, with good postoperative nasal shape and satisfactory result. Conclusion The comprehensive mode of operation treatment of cleft lip nasal deformity, and reduction and shift of the nasal anatomy, can get satisfactory effect and is worth clinical promotion.
