改良皮内缝合重睑成形术380例临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良皮内缝合重睑成形术的临床效果。方法:保留下唇眼皮皮下组织和部分眼轮匝肌,显露出睑板前组织和提上睑肌腱膜,定位2点将皮下组织和提上睑肌腱膜组织进行皮内缝合,皮肤沿重睑线间断缝合。结果:经5个月至3年随访,380例患者采用该方法行重睑术,双侧重睑宽度一致、重睑皱襞平顺,恢复较传统术式快,5例出现单侧皮下线结反应,8例受术者重睑线变浅偏短。结论:切开重睑术中运用改良皮内缝合微创操作技术,尽可能减轻创伤,简化手术,促进术后快速恢复,提升术后重睑外形及美感。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the modified skin suture double eyelid plastic. Methods Remaining the orbicularis oculi muscle of subcutaneous tissue of eyelid and part of the lower lip,revealing tarsus organization and levator aponeurosis,doing intradermal suture on Location 2 points subcutaneous tissue and levator aponeurosis,and doing suture along the eyelid line. Results After 5 months to 3 years of follow-up,380 cases were treated with this method line double eyelid surgery,bilateral eyelid had consistent width,double eyelid folds were smooth,with faster recovery than traditional surgical procedures. 5 cases had unilateral reaction subcutaneous knot,8 cases had the surgeon shallow and short on partial double eyelid line. Conclusion Using the modified minimally invasive percutaneous suture technique in incision double eyelid surgery,minimizes trauma,simplifies operation,promotes rapid recovery after surgery,and enhances the appearance and beauty.
