光固化复合树脂在临床口腔美容修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨光固化复合树脂在临床口腔美容修复中的疗效。方法:选取氟斑牙患者65例98颗、牙体缺损患者及牙体畸形患者68例100颗,均采用光固化复合树脂进行口腔修复,比较疗效。结果:光固化复合树脂治疗氟斑牙的总有效率为92.9%,对牙体缺损及牙体畸形总有效率为78.0%。结论:光固化复合树脂对口腔美容修复具有较高的实际应用价值,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of light-cured composite resin restoration in the clinical oral beauty. Methods 65 patients with dental fluorosis(98 teeth)and 68 patients with malformations(100 teeth)were carried by light-cured dental composite resin and the efficacy were compared. Results The total efficiency rate of the light-cured composite resin for the treatment of dental fluorosis was 92.9%,and for dental defects and tooth abnormalities 78.0%,respectively. Conclusion Light-cured composite resin for dental cosmetic restoration has high practical value and is worthy of clinical use.
