摘　　要：本文将就业能力获得与第二课堂教育之间的相关性进行分析,并在此基础上进一步分析第二课堂活动开展的现状,根据当前第二课堂的开展情况、就业能力构成要素,结合白城师范学院学生实际,为学生提供多元化(六个方面)的第二课堂实践活动平台,使学生在第一课堂学习的基础上,以"提思想,求创新,促能力"为主导整合的第二课堂活动为实践载体,提高学生综合素质,进而提升其就业能力.This paper analyzed the correlation between the acquisition of employment competence and second classroom,on the basis of which it further analyzed the current status of second classroom and the main elements of employment competence. With a combination of students' indivisual differences,it put forward a platform of diversification( six aspects) for second classroom acitivities,making students use' ideology promotion,innovation,capacity advancement'as a carrier based on learning in first class,so as to promte employment competence.
