硅水凝胶角膜接触镜在羊膜移植和翼状胬肉切除手术中应用的价值

摘　　要：目的评价硅水凝胶角膜接触镜在羊膜移植和翼状胬肉切除手术中应用的价值。方法原发性翼状胬肉切除术患者60例,采用胬肉切除+自体结膜移植术,30例术后佩戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜7d(A组,试验组1),另外30例术后纱布包封(B组,对照组1)。角膜烧伤的20例患者,采用羊膜移植术,10例术后佩戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜14d(C组,试验组2),另外10眼纱布包封(D组,对照组2),观察患者术后角膜上皮修复速度及角膜刺激症状等。结果试验组术后第1,3,5d角膜刺激症状明显轻于对照组,上皮愈合速度较对照组更快。结论在羊膜移植和翼状胬肉切除术中使用硅水凝胶角膜接触镜可以减轻患者术后角膜刺激症状,缩短角膜上皮的愈合时间,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the value of silicone hydrogel corneal contact lens used in the amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium surgery.Methods 60 patients with primary pterygium,adopted useful resection+autologous conjunctival grafting,were divide into two group:group A(30 patients) and group B(30 patients). 20 corneal burn patients adopted amniotic membrane transplantation surgery,were divide into two group:group C(10 patients) and group D(10 patients).Group A and group C wore silicone hydrogel corneal contact lens after surgery, group B and group D didn't wear silicone hydrogel corneal contact lens after surgery. Epithelial healing and corneal irritation were observed after surgery.Results Corneal irritation in treatment group was obviously lighter than that of the control group.Epithelial healing in treatment group was faster than that of the control group after surgery at 1,3,5d. Conclusion The use of silicone hydrogel corneal contact lens in the amniotic membrane transplantation and pterygium surgery can obviously reduce postoperative corneal irritation, reduce the postoperative discomfort and complications, and shorten the healing time of corneal epithelium.
