摘　　要：针对全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式改革问题,研究以职业能力为导向的创新教育方法,探讨了校企结合的"1+2"培养模式(即1年学校学习,2年企业学习);提出了企业学习"三段式"培养模式,并应用于机械工程领域的专业学位研究生培养,取得了良好效果,实现了兼有学术性与职业性的培养目标,为提高专业学位研究生实践能力提供了一条有效的途径。Aimed at the problems of fulltime professional degree postgraduate training mode reform,this paper studies vocational abilityoriented methods of innovative education. Meanwhile, this paper explores'1 + 2'training mode of college and enterprise combination,which includes 1 year studying at colleges and 2 years internship in enterprise. In addition,this paper also puts forward a 'threestep'training mode in enterprise,and applies it in the field of mechanical engineering graduate education in professional degree. The theory investigations above have all achieved good results and the combination of academic and professional of training goal,which provides an effective way to improve the professional degree graduate student's practice ability.
