重视和加强西班牙语专业师资队伍建设刻不容缓

摘　　要：吉林大学西班牙语专业经过13年的建设与发展,虽然在师资队伍建设方面取得了长足进步,但其与西班牙语专业教育教学的现实需求和人才培养的内在要求还有差距,这已经成为目前制约吉林大学西班牙语专业发展的瓶颈性障碍。因此,重视和加强西班牙语专业师资队伍建设刻不容缓。After 13 years of construction and development,although Spanish professional of Jilin University has made great development,there is still a gap between teaching realistic demand and the requirement of talent cultivation in Spanish professional of Jilin University. It has already been the bottleneck for the development of Spanish professional of Jilin University. Thus,it is urgent to strengthen and attach great importance to Spanish professional teaching staff construction.
