摘 要:本文概述了农药残留检测酶抑制法的核心试剂——识别农药残留的酶制剂的主要研究进展。筛选来源丰富、灵敏度高的生物酶源,直接分离纯化获取酶制剂;从敏感生物材料中克隆识别农药的酶基因,采用体外表达系统大量制备重组酶制剂;特别介绍了一种新型的生物识别材料(抗体酶)在农药残留识别的应用前景。本文最后对制备识别农药残留的酶制剂存在的问题进行了展望。Enzyme reagent recognizing pesticides are crucial in enzyme inhibition method for pesticide detection, this article outlined the main approach in preparation of the enzymes recognizing pesticide.Screening sensitive enzymes from the organism source to prepare the enzymes reagent immediately is efficacious strategy. Cloning the enzyme gene from suitable organism,following by the preparation of recombinant enzyme in express system is another promising approach for preparation of enzyme reagent against pesticide.Especially, a new type of biometric material(abzyme) recognizing the pesticide residues was introduced in the paper. Finally,perspective of the preparation of enzyme(including abzyme) recognizing the pesticide residues were pointed out.
