摘　　要：日本的命令检查程序是最严格的处罚措施,其解除条件相当苛刻。通过研究日本解除命令检查程序,寻找其法律依据和科学依据的缺陷,为我国突破其进口食品技术性贸易措施提供技术支持,也为我国促使日本改变其可苛刻的进口食品检验检疫程序和命令解除条件提供科学依据。The further analysis of Japan's imported food inspection and quarantine system Japan's command inspection program is the most stringent sanctions;the release conditions are quite harsh.By studying the Japanese release command inspection program to find the defect of legal basis and scientific basis,broke through the technical trade measures to provide technical support for our country,and promote Japan change the harsh imported food inspection and quarantine system and the command release conditions to provide scientific basis for our country.
