摘　　要：撤诉是人民法院审结案件的一种方式，也是当事人处分自己权利的有效手段。在现行民事审判方式改革中，完善撤诉制度对体现民事诉讼有重要意义。Withdrawal from an action of law is considered a form of how the court settle its cases and it is also an ef-fective way the parties involved exercise their right to disposition in the civil lawsuits. thus, the writer in the articles discusses how to improve the present mode of withdrawal form the legal actions so as to reailze the sociailst democracy.
