摘　　要：This paper addresses the huge gap between the old management and the requirements of the advanced RTVU network. It points out that the premature structure of the RTVU network is the main reason for the problems of its management. Based on this analysis, the author puts forward his suggestions to improve the structure and management of the network, and his ideas to build a dynamic RTVU network.This paper addresses the huge gap between the old management and the requirements of the advanced RTVU network.
