海人酸损伤尾核后一氧化氮合酶活性的改变

摘  要:为探讨兴奋毒性神经元损伤与一氧化氮的关系,我们应用化学测定的方法观察当尾核损伤后,一氧化氮合酶活性的改变- 结果显示:尾核损伤后,6~8 小时一氧化氮合酶活性轻度降低,第三天显著升高,第五天仍有轻度升高- 小脑内一氧化氮合酶活性没有观察到这种变化-To compare the change of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rats with kainic acid lesioned caudate nucleus in different stages, We measured indirectly the activity of nitric oxide synthase in the caudate nucleus and cerebellum After kainic acid injection nitric oxide synthase activity in caudate nucleus was decreased at 6~8h, (P>0 05 compared to controls), was elevated to 47 75% at 3 days (P<0 05 compared to controls), was slightly elevated at 5 days (P>0 05 compared to controls) The activity of nitric oxide synthase in the cerebellum did not change remarkably These results suggest that nitric oxide mediated caudate nucleus lesioned by kainic acid
