摘　　要：社会需要IE人才。与其他专业人才相比,IE人才的适应性较强、综合素质较高,但所掌握专业知识的深度和广度不够。较详尽分析IE人才素质,并提出IE教育改革思路。Society needs IE talents. Be compared with the other professional talents, IE talents have quite strong adaptability andquite high quality, but the depth and width of their professional knowledge are not enough. This paper analyzes exhaustively IE talented quality, and proposes the thinking of IE educational reform.
