关于未来普通高校体育教师一专多能的理论思考

摘　　要：21世纪的学校体育将会顺应时代的要求，逐渐朝向健身、娱乐、高水平运动队的方向发展。教学内容会更具文化性、趣味性、多样性、运动训练水平更具专业性。深度和广度将会成为大学体育的一个重要特点。高校体育教师由过去侧重一般技术型的，样样（项项）会教的“多能手”逐渐向具有合理知识结构、具备多方面能力，并且有一定专业技术水平的智能型的“一专多能”过渡。The physical education of University/ College in the 21st century will conform to the needs of the epoch and eventually tends to develop towards body strengthening, recreation, and high level of sport team, The content of teaching will be more cultural, interesting, and versatile; the training level of sport will be more professional .The depth and scope will be an important distinguish feature of University/ College physical education. The University/College P. E. teacher will transform from the stereotype of polyhedron: who formerly emphasis on general technique, good in teaehing every item, to a stereotype of ca expert in one thing and good at many': who possesses an appropriate structure of knowledge, imbued ability of multi - aspects and certain level of professoinal technique of intelligence.
