摘　　要：计算机技术、多媒体技术、网络技术等的发展及其在信息服务业中的应用，使信息资源的载体形式与传递方式增加，内容拓展，数量增大，分布分散且不均衡。作者认为，现代信息技术环境下的信息资源配置应树立需求导向观、协调共享观、虚实结合观和动态发展观，应将信息资源的宏观配置与微观配置有机结合起来。Abstract With the development of computer technology, multimedia technology, and network technology and their applications to information service industry, more carrier formats and transferring methods of information resources have been created, and their contents and quantity increased. But their distribution is not even and well balanced. The writers argue that we should enhance such senses as orienting to demands, coordinating and sharing, virtual-substance combination, dynamic development in the information resource allocation. The micro-allocation and macro-allocation of information resources should be perfectly combined. Some suggestions about improving micro-construction and macro-pattern of information resource allocation are put forward.
