美日企业知识管理模式的比较制度分析

摘　　要：运用比较制度分析的方法,考察了美、日国家企业知识管理模式的差异性,试图给出企业知识管理模式变迁的理论解释,论述了变迁过程中的路径依赖导致了企业知识管理模式的差异。The differences on knowledge management mode between enterprises in the United States and Japan is studied with a comparative institutional analysis in this paper,and we tries to present the theoretical explanation for model evolution of knowledge management.It is put forward that path dependence in changing process leads to the differences on knowledge management model.
