摘　　要：以开放式创新理论框架为依托,分析中小企业实施开放式创新的战略意义,通过与大企业的比较总结中小企业开放式创新的差异化特征。给出了三个以不同的开放式创新模式取得创新成功的中小企业实践案例并进行评述。在此基础上提出中小企业开放式创新的关键是:开放思维、开放学习、开放创新中提升自主创新能力。Relying on the theoretical framework of open innovation,this paper analyzes the strategic significance of implementing open innovation for SMEs.By comparing with Big Enterprises,the differential characteristics of SMEs' open innovation activity are summarized.Three successful cases about SMEs' open innovation practice by means of various innovation patterns are discussed.Based on the analysis above,the paper proposes three key points of SMEs' open innovation: open thought,open learning,and the promotion of indigenous innovation competence within open innovation.
